all my life is just now.
all my life has checked
things out, always preceding
me, gauging the crowd.
all my life signs ok,  circle in hand
all my life has me by the shirt
because i wanted to get ahead
of myself. I appreciate the help
but it is only the white-faced
clock on the wall that matters.
all my life will not be deterred.
all my life is just now.
